Walking in My Shadow

Inspired by the message this morning and the glorious weather, I took me and Mr Ipod out on a long walk (48 minutes) after lunch. 6 hours avoiding Facebook as well till the next hour.

This photo was taken up on the top of Oswestry Hill fort. My shadow just kept following me and slightly concerned that you see how fat she really is :)
