Scream (like a girl) if you wanna go faster...!!

Bit of excitement this morning, as well as a cup of tea in bed was advised to check out the roof opposite - sparrowhawk on the look out for breakfast! He was there for well over an hour, only moved to turn round to try his luck the otherway. I wish he'd get the pidgeons in our garden - bl**dy things!

My camera and I went for little wander this afternoon - via Blockbuster video shop - to the beach. I usually stick to the other end of the beach but with no real waves, not very interesting that end - plus Blockbusters is the other way! Anyway, went on the the beach to watch some massive crashing waves (clearly a better class of wave the other end of the beach). Took some pics but they weren't very good (compact camera has no viewfinder and was so bright couldn't get the settings I wanted. Carried on to the fun fair (possibly should use inverted commas round both the words fun & fair) and saw the runaway mine train ride climbing to it's dizzy heights. It brought back fond memories of my 40th birthday Disneyland Paris trip last year. Not that 'Fundlands' in any way resembles DP - but the thought of screaming like a right wuss on the Runaway Train......in fact at one point I found not just God but Jesus Christ too....I'm sure my friends remember the exclamation/scream only too well.....happy days......

Tonight's viewing is 'Beginners' - technically so we can see if Christopher Plummer deserved his Oscar nomination - but in reality because Ewan McGregor is in it...........;O)
