Spring daffodil

Just thought I would add a spring poem about spring in New York. It is also called "Spring In The Bronx" - and is anonymous, although it has been attributed to various people in the past. My Dad used to say it.

The Budding Bronx

Der spring is sprung
Der grass is riz
I wonder where dem boidies is?

Der little boids is on der wing,
Ain't dat absoid?
Der little wings is on de boid!

The daffodils are a minature early variety called tete-a-tete and last longer than the full size ones.
If you like flowers then see snowdrops yesterday and crocus the day before.
