Composition No 521: Elgin Marbles

Went looking for these standing stones today with a friend.
Near Cromdale, Grantown on Spey and lovingly taken care of by a farmers cows they look pretty good considering four thousand years plus of ups and downs.
The British Museum argues that Greece is incapeable of taking care of the Elgin Marbles.
Personally I think the Greeks take pretty good care of their history, but I seriously wonder if domesticated animals fully understand the ins and outs of Pictish pre-history ...........
