yes, it's valentine's day

i'm not a big fan of this day, but s.o. surprised me with beautiful tulips just before i had to get to class. mind you, he had to get up at 5:30 am to make his 6:20 am rowing outing on time. so yes, i was very happy to see him first thing in the morning.
