Talk of the Toon

So Thursday was Newcastle. Every few months a friend and I venture south on the train for a couple of days of fine dining, dancing and a few more cocktails than I can really manage.

As always, had an absolute blast. Madame Koo's didn't disappoint, again. By far the best bar in Newcastle. Not a hen or stag in sight and always great music.

At 28 I am, however, not getting any younger and no matter how good a time I have in Newcastle, its always great to get home and enjoy a couple of days at home, catching up on the Sky planner. Nicely rounded off by Sunday night Top Gear.
