Beavers Badge Day

More badges to sew on in a few weeks I expect! Tomorrow night is hobby badge, today was an outdoor one, from 10am till 3pm. Great fun.

Charlotte and Cameron have know each other since their mum's met at ante natal classes! They are both similar in nature, great imaginations, excellent readers and writers for their age and play really well together. Charlotte was 7 today so we had a cake and candles and the usual singalong.

Earlier, my mum, Breagha and I drove along the A9 to Blackford to lay a bunch of flowers on my dad's grave as it's his birthday tomorrow so we like to mark it usually with a bunch of ivory roses. With Blackford having it's own weather system, it was cold and windy up there so we had a lovely scone and cuppa at Baxters to warm up.

This is the two C's in the garden, after digging for treasure!
