Hikes and Yikes !
2 little boys, on a hike, Trough of Bowland ...come across a lizard...YIKE!!!
Preparation weekend for the twins doing 'Bowlander' next month, 6 k hike yesterday, 11km today...result= 2 very tired boys, not sure they are up for it anymore !
