People we owe

The WBC topic this week is People. After some street/crowd attempts I was heading home and on spur of the moment decided on something different.

These war graves are in Grangemouth Grandsable cemetery. The majority in this picture are airmen from WWII, a mix of young British, Polish and Canadians.

There are memorials like this all over the world, witness to the human race's infinite capacity for power, violence and of course bravery.

This will be my entry.
