The usual check list for anyone travelling. So it wasn't a great moment when the Easy Jet check in lady at Edinburgh airport informed us that 15 year Alexander standing next to me didn't look too much like his mother, who had opted to let the "boys" go skiing themselves this time. A 7 hour round trip, a couple of hundred pounds and a missed day of the holiday means that I will be rather fastidious about checking and re-checking passports in future.
