Girls! why do they always want to stop....

Today we went to Keswick where the Irish and English cousins met for the first time it was a shy and tentative meeting but a few hours later there was running, shrieking and a lot of laughing.

At the beginning of the day we stopped off at the pier to feed the ducks and check out whether there were any cruises on the lake. As you can see in the photo my nephew is trying to show his sister and cousins where the excitement is to be had. There never seems to be a moment when he wants to stop so when the others pause for a photo he forges ahead to the ducks. We didn't manage to go on a boat trip but we did stop for great pizza and a walk down to friars crag.
