Rack of Lamb

Tonight we had a rarity, a roast dinner. Rack of lamb marinated in rosemary, thyme, garlic, red wine and extra virgin olive oil, served with a hard cider, port and sherry reduction, garlic mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts.
