A splash of color

We have this sun porch on the side of our house and bushes that lye right next to it. There are always the usual birds and every so often you will see a cardinal.He always catches your eye standing out from the dull winter. When ever I see him I run and grab my camera, but its almost has if he senses me and flies away every time. But not this time, I finally managed to capture him. It may not be the best picture of him but I hope in the future I will get a better shot of him. I hope you all had a splash of color in your day and had a great weekend!
