Actually made it to today's 9am seminar - I always miss this one for some reason so that was an achievement.

Mainly spent today still mesmerized by Ben Howard. We pondered for hours over whether or not to buy tickets for November and by the time we decided there was only one left. Gutted.

We also went to see the house and decided that we would definitely get it. So house sorted for next year for the four best friends :)
