A sad day...

Today I have been thinking a lot about my friend amy a lot. I still miss her terribly even though its been 7 years since she was taken from us...
I don't know why but I was just doing some house work and she pops into my head and I have a pang of sadness. I feel very emotional.
So my blip today is one of my old photos I have beside my bed. Its one of the happiest moments I remember of amy (far left).
We travelled to Boston in America and did a UK and USA exchange. We competed there and stayed with families there.
For those who don't know me I ice skated for many years competing and now coach full time :-)
Starting from the left is my mum who travelled with me. Then a very young me. Then the girl that took me into her family home to stay with Liz. Then Anne and her daughter Megan who Amy stayed with who are also wonderful and lastly our beautiful Amy. Who loved skating so much. We have a plaque for her at our ice rink.

Amy... We love you and miss you and think about you always. Hope your watching over us which i'm sure you are...
