I was brought up a Quaker. I am, at heart a Socialist. I consider myself to be of a caring nature. Money means very little to me.

And so it was odd to find myself enjoying bankrupting some poor sod from Australia at the poker table.

Don't feel sorry for him, he called me a 'Pommie bastard' on numerous occasions. My telling him that I was in fact 43/47ths Scottish didn't seem to assuage his vitriol.
I may also have mentioned the Ashes at an important moment during a very big hand.
