DIY Central

Had a very productive day.

Drove down to Rio to drop off Paulo for a long run into Granada and back. As I am still out of action on the running front I got the 'choice' job of hitting Carrefour and sourcing some chemicals for the pool. As I arrived so too did the whole of Spain. The car park was bonkers, the shop was bonkers, the check-out was bonkers, leaving the car park was bonkers....oh how we love this supermarket not!

Anyhow - picked Paulo up on the way back - he had had a very nice run as he is still in training for the Dam. He also managed to do a spot of cross-country so was covered in sticky corn head things.

Got back to the casa, nice breakfast then DIY central. Me on the railings and Paulo on the doors.....moy caliente!
