Almonds

Tomorrow is Día de Andalucía, a public holiday, so we've headed up to Cortijo de las Nieves for a couple of nights.

These are the almonds that I photographed on January 8 - now pollonated, they are now verdant, with furry fresh almonds ready to plump up over the season.

(but not sure how they will plump up as its now officially the driest Winter in Andalucía since the '40s)
