Chocolatier training...

Today ..

I have been mostly in the kitchen...

Steadily busy..hand rolling truffles, dipping chocolates..making Sea Salt Pralines(!*!**%£! thats what is in the picture~in its unset form!) and the infamous Lollies..
Fried Egg lollies so nowt too technical..*dont tell anyone but i actually like making them!!

Yep..im pooped.. but then a full days work *a full 8 and a half hours.. upon a sleepless night...
not ideal..

But i know ill sleep better tonight!

i wonder what tomorrow will hold in the land of the chocolate coated hands!!
