Bananas

I'm not much of a banana person usually. I love the taste, and I like banana in things, but I just find the texture of them weird. And if they're going to be put in the fruitbowl, they should be juicy. The worst is when they're added to a fruit salad; they're like the unwanted guest at a party, and no one wants to comment, but everyone would be happier if they left. Anyway.

That aside, the banana cake Mimi and I made is SO good! The icing didn't really work out, it's a bit more brandy butter-esque in consistency so we went for drizzling/dolloping some on afterwards. But it's yummy :)
