Crested Caracara

This is a Crested Caracara which is the National bird of Mexico. It was taken just North of the Texas border into Oklahoma.....very rare find for us. It is out of range for this species. This bird is on the endangered species list so it is a very exciting find for me to add to my lifetime bird list.
