Gerbera

Not a good day for photos. grey and then very damp. No light.

And very busy at work. Almost no time to go home at lunchtime and let the dog out for a 'run'.

I had some technical photos which are a bit boring.

Gerbera ( /?d??rb?r?/ or {{IPAc-en|?|?|?r|b|?r|?} L. is a genus of ornamental plants from the sunflower family (Asteraceae). It was named in honour of the German botanist and naturalist Traugott Gerber (? 1743) who travelled extensively in Russia and was a friend of Carolus Linnaeus.
