Windy flag

I'm not sure if it's the dull windy weather that afflicted Edinburgh all day, but it didn't feel quite right to stop strangers on the street while their hair was engaged in aerodynamic exercises. Of course, this is just another mental block that I should overcome. On the positive side, the crummy weather did allow flags to do what flags seem to do best.

Thanks to Internet searches, one can usually find a post-hoc justification for a picture: "Royal Decree 441/1981, dated 27th February, establishing the technical specifications of the colours of the Flag of Spain (Official Gazette nº 64, dated 16th March)", according to La Moncioa site :)
