fridge 27.2.12

Lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggg day. Very glad to get Monday out of the way, just one of those days where you feel tired all day and can't wait to head home.

Made myself go for a run when I got home and actually it was the best thing I could have done. Left the stresses of work behind, woke me up and meant I felt better about scoffing down a big plate of pasta afterwards.
