friends?

Had a really hard day at school. Is it normal for 8 year olds to fall out with each other all the time? Some of my girls drew this for me - a lovely idealised view of friendship that doesn't always seem to happen! (swirls!)

After feeling very pleased with myself I cycled to work again but something bizarre has happened to my knee and I can hardly walk. Sheepishly had to phone for a lift home and the much-anticipated joyful whizz down the hill had to be put on hold. Very frustrating - as I often feel I'm all talk and no action - was hoping not to be on this occasion...
