Boil in a Bag Cake

An alright day at school, I got my ICT mark back which I am pretty happy with and got my shoes for this weekend after school. This evening I went to Rangers where we made boil in the bag cake. We used a tesco cake mix and added an egg and water we then transferred it to a plastic sandwhich bag tied the top and placed it in boiling water. After about 15 mins we took it out undid the bag and stirred the cake mixture, we did this again about 10 mins later and then finally took it out to eat. It wasn't all cooked so didn't really appeal to me as I can eat raw cake or cooked cake but not between! However it wasn't actually that bad just a bit squishy!
