Not so much baggage

I am not sure about NZ and the rest of the world but in Aus we have been watching the new weightloss program Excess Baggage where an overweight celebraty teams up with an ordinary, overweight Aussie and then the teams compete to lose the most weight each week.

Last night I watched chubby contestants pounding down the beach, feeling the burn of every stride and bounce of torchered muscles, squirming at every gritted tooth.

To walking out the front door of work to see 4 of the contestants and the host of the show just right there, and I have to say looking very good indeed.

Furtherst away we have paparazzi king Darrayn Lyons, next to him is K-Fed, Brittany Spears Ex, to his left is Dipper a AFL legend who is behind Matthew one of the ordinary Aussies. In front is the handsome coach Christian.
