1. Up early for a run round the park.

2. I think I'm going to be late, but I'm not. I love it when that happens.

3. A post-office heavy lunchtime, the attention to detail in post office world doesn't suit me very well. But I finally get it sorted.

4. Yoga is fantastic and I feel myself again. But bendier.

5. Home for left-over pie and pineapple.
