The Worst Cake EVER!

Oopsy. So preoccupied retrospectively adding the weekend's photos that I totally forgot to add yesterdays. What a pillock.

Anyway, here's a rubbishy photo of the worse lemon drizzle cake ever to have been baked. It was like a discus. Thanks to Good Food magazine for making it lower in fat, but I think next time, I'll just stick with something that'll make me a bit podgier. I may use its remains as a paperweight. Or a weapon against intruders... Or leave it a few years and get my name carved on it so I can have it as a headstone. Whatever I do with it, I certainly won't be eating the bloody thing.
