Chocolate & Flowers

The classic combination - but in a cake. This is the flower from the other day. I love using flower paste to create flowers, as, like this one, they can safely sit upon gooey chocolate ganache and not make the flower wilt.

This is just one of my designs for Mothering Sunday this year.
