New doesn't always mean better

Today I got a new (spare) key cut for my car.

I know it's just a really straight-forward thing but it made me realise the old-fashioned beauty of a key - a just a plain, old, simple key...not a fob, not a code-key, not anything all fancy & fan-dangled...just a key.

They don't make things like they used to...
