Music to the ears

Had a lovely evening listening to Ann Martin & Ingrid Henderson. They were down this neck of the woods doing some work for my lot and I asked them if they would be willing to do a small private house gig. They said yes and we had a lovely evening. If you get a chance google Gaelic singer Ann Martin from Skye , she is a phenominal singer and Ingrid plays a mean tune on her cheese grater (harp) She also has a CD out think its called Pretty little thing!
Reminded me of the old style house ceilidhies we used to have in the islands over 40years ago, spontaneous music & songs. None of this standing on stage with mega monster PA systems!

Getting took out to lunch tomorrow by some consultant. These guys get money for old rope so opting for a good hotel lunch! he's paying after all!

UPDATE: Thanks for pointing out my blip milestone, it snuck up on me . Thanks for all the lovely comments and to the Blip team for their invention of this here site. I have made lots of good friends from all over and have now met one or two as well. This is really a sort of dairy of my daily grind but Im glad it gives you all some pleasure too. Often I have to hide my blips on my errant(grown up?) kids but my youngst knows how to find it now, she's too smart that one.
