Someone's rubbish, someone's treasure ?

Once a year Brisbane council have a rubbish collection.

Its a bit like the rag and bone man.

Everyone leaves their rubbish on the pavement.

All the pavements are lined with collections of rubbish/treasure.

People (usually men) drive round in van's and collect a lot of the rubbish/treasure. I am not sure what they do with this bounty...

Anyway this is a blip of someone's rubbish/treasure, you decide.
