Sharing breakfast

Katie slept through last night! Hurrah. Of course she woke not long after 5. She'd had a party with her friends for almost an hour after I'd put her to bed. I think this is because she's having longer naps at nursery than at home, so I've asked them to cut them down. She's not ready to lose them totally but a little shorter to get that good balance of a not over-tired but ready to go to bed Katie.

We made a nice detour to feed the ducks and for her to have a run around before we went to nursery. She had eaten over a full slice before we got there, but was happy to share the rest.

For those who've asked about the car, ours is officially deceased. Kaput. Broken beyond repair. Frustrating as I've only had it 4months. To our relief, we've been lent a car for a few days which is a massive massive help, while I think about what next. I was considering investing in a bike anyway, so that is now a serious possibility, with spring approaching, so I can spend a bit of time saving for a nicer replacement car. And to add to the fun, my mobile died yesterday too!

The dungarees are another one of those things I bought as a replacement of something I loved from when she was tiny. I've not put her in dungarees much since she toilet trained, but I love these too much too resist.
