Waste bin

A waste bin constructed out of used soda bottles.
Allthough it is 'een druppel op een gloeiende plaat', it fits a two-way purpose:
- Haiti does not have a culture of collection garbage
- re-use of plastic bottles.
The non-colored bottles on the top are a typical haitian drink, called Tampico (it tastes horribly sweet and chemical).

The bin is constructed by community members in a waste management training.
