Canyoning in Wales

Up early for a trip with the girls to Goytre in South Wales to go canyoning on the Mellte River.

Had a great day jumping off rocks, floating well bashing into rocks and generally getting quite wet and very cold. It was great fun although a little scary at times, the water so cold it gave me brain freeze!

Enjoyed a nice chilled out evening with a few ciders.

Sadly no Blips of the canyon as I have found from past experience water and cameras don't mix well.
