Twinkling

Today has been so good!

The prayer meeting this morning was really fun, I had a good lecture, and then I sat in Alexandra Gardens for 2 hours reading :) IT IS BEAUTIFUL! I never go to that part of uni but the buildings are so grand and beautiful, and the park is just so lovely. It didn't look like this today, but this is my mission photo when the blossom comes out.
It was such a delight for the senses there too! There were crocuses everywhere, which just smell wonderful, and there was just a general smell of warmth and the sunshine. And then I could hear so many different birds singing; mainly seagulls which was less of a delight but there were a few blackbirds and I think I heard a robin! And the sound of people's shoes, some more practical choices than others, and the sound of someone sneezing rather hysterically (I was a little worried for their health). And it was so colourful! The flowers, the sky, the trees, someone in matching red shoes and coat. Aaah.
But, I didn't have my camera :( I'm so going to read there all the time now though, so it will be on here before long!

Also had a lovely smoothie with Eloise at The Pot, sitting out in the sun.

When I got back our tiles in the doorway were twinkling in the sunlight, and as the sun had moved round off the garden and most of our street is now in the shade, and there's not much else to blip, I thought this would do for today. I like how shimmery they are :)
