Lower Heyford barge

Okay canals are becoming a bit of a theme. Maybe I should do a series -have been inspired by some of the blip collections I've been enjoying.

Got out of the office all afternoon. Meeting to try and sort out allocations to a new extra care scheme and then a planning session for a meeting tonight to try to inspire a low carbon community and finally over to Upper Heyford to deliver some election boxes for the impending residents housing survey.

Really felt suitably liberated for the bonus day of this year. I really felt I needed to enjoy this day -like the special feeling you have when you get unexpected time given to you.
