Soon-to-be ex-House

Pouring rain pretty much all day - can't buy two days in a row of sunshine. Did a lot of shopping, got pictures develop at Costco - excellent job but I'm told I should have my monitor calibrated.

Wonderful supper at John and Margo's. I had what could very well be the best steak ever. Found them at the farmers' market this morning - this is so awesome to visit because the place is like a labyrinth and huge, up and down and west and east and south and north, ell you get the picture!

Back to the meat, New York strip of grain-fed Highland beef cooked to perfection! Which is seared on both side on a very hot BBQ, then put in the oven at 180 for 30 minutes and finally back on said BBQ to be quickly flipped. The result was amazing!
