Two nights at Crieff Hydro: bliss! Crocuses on the lawn; wrought iron chairs and tables laid out; the departure just after we arrived after a week's stay of 860 participants in the tug of war world championships (talk about good timing! Phew!)

The Hydro quiet after their departure except for the steady hum of relaxed conversation and occasional outraged toddler yell or hungry baby girn.
