Raspberry

By one of the students. Raspberry mousse, sauce and sorbet on white chocolate.

Contemporary cuisine is the unit they are working on and they had to make their own menu for this term. I must say that the food they sent out today has been the best so far this year, it was very flavoursome and beautiful.
