Mushroom, tomato, spinach and mozzarella baked wrap like a burrito with aubergine. I have chocolate and Ben and jerrys for tonight too as a little treat. Not done much of anything today apart from went to work and spent some money on clothes, make up and nice ingredients for food over the next few days. It is payday after all!
