New adventures in 3d

I was sent a link explaining how to get a 3d like effect using a normal camera.. here.
Aha I thought, and so found a willing helper and gave it a go...

Alas using my 40d on a tripod was a little hit and miss but I can see how it could work!

Sort of sums up my day really, so close and yet....

Mind you one of the outtakes made us laugh
