Dilemma

Of course the worst thing about having your house for sale is keeping it in 'show' state. So today yet more flowering plants went into the pots and balcony jardinieres even though we may well get more frosts. Everything is looking spic and span in the house and garden because we don't let anything out of its place for more than a second. It's rather lovely really.

Although the lid is off the pool and the sunshine makes swimming look feasible, the kitchen fireplace looks best when there's a fire roaring in the grate. So today's house viewers saw a couple of seasons in one day. More people are coming tomorrow so let's hope the sun shines and the fire stays alight.
