Leap Year Fingers

Today, Leap Day Year Thing, ladies may propose, or so some say. For my part, a failure, and I am still on the scrap heap, although I did enjoy these fluffy stringy slimy Ladies Fingers (okra) in a fabulous stir fry in honour of the occasion.
