National book day

Tomorrow is World Book and Copyright Day also known as International Day of the Book or World Book Days. It is a yearly event on 1 March, organized by UNESCO to promote reading, publishing and copyright. The Day was first celebrated in 1995.
It was decided that the World Book and Copyright Day would be celebrated on this date because of the Catalonian festival and because the date is also the anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare - wikipedia

I am currently reading Under Fishbone Clouds by Sam Meekings which I am finding a very slow read and is a bit hard to get into, not my usual taste but it was a free code from Starbucks so am ploughing through it regardless.

Some of my favourite books are American Psycho - Bret Easton Ellis, very gruesome but loved it. I have just finished reading American Assassin - Vince Flynn which was a great action book. Filth - Irvine Walsh another disturbing read but brilliant too. Terry Pratchet's books are humorous fantasy and I have read countless of them and really enjoyed Neverwhere - Neil Gaiman. If you like wizard books I also recommend The Dresden Files - Jim Butcher.....there are just too many to mention.
