Leaping into March

Tonight I made Welsh cakes in anticipation of St David's Day. My mum makes lovely ones with her griddle thingamabob on her aga, but I have to make do with cooking a few at a time in a frying pan. Also I couldn't find my big pastry cutter so they are a bit on the small side!
