Amazing food

I'm up in Anchorage (a three hour drive north from home, the only big city - 500,000 people - in Alaska). I treated myself to a fantastic dinner at Maxine's Bistro. Amazing Silver Chardonnay, Short Rib Wellington, and Truffle Cous Cous Mac and Cheese... I spoil myself sometimes. :)
