Walk??
I think I got more than I bargained for this evening. Our evening gym class was cancelled so we decided to walk around the lake instead, since our big Jump Start weigh in is next week.
T set the pace which was a big mistake. I struggled to keep up every step of the way. I have seriously over estimated my fitness level. We walked at just over 10 minutes to a km which I don't think is very fast.
So onward and upward. I'm going to aim for 5.5km in 1 hour which is apparently what T regularly walks - may have to build up to that ;)
