Poor Little Sparrow
Well, another rainy day to be very comfy in the house. But what do I see out my kitchen window but this poor little sparrow with no place to go. He has no hood to cover his head nor coat to cover his feathers, out there in the rain soaking wet. No, as soon as I took the picture, he flew into a tree that had lots of large green leaves and there were a dozen more like him in there. I guess he must be like a gypsy, free as a bird and loving life as it comes.
He has no mortgage, no unpaid bills, no taxes and probably very little greed or lust or jealousy. All he really cares about is his next meal which in our case, comes every morning with lots of bread crumbs. Not only that but, he brings all his friends about thirty of them, with him to enjoy the breakfast fare at my kitchen window. I guess Im a softy when it comes to animals in the wild.
Thanks to all who have commented on my blips as I am very pleased to share my thoughts, got lots of them.
As a photographer, I have so very many that bring new thoughts as well as old, kind of like the scribe bringing out old as well as new. I am a scribe actually but rather than with quill and parchment, with my view of little slices of life in pictures.
